Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Sales Executive in the UK to join our fast-growing team. You will be the main point of contact for customers, driving appointments, appraisals, price negotiations and deal closures in a busy, target-driven environment.

Training provided on cars and processes. The role involves 42.5 hours per week in a rotational pattern, weekend shifts, and a competitive bonus structure linked to company performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven sales environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK manual driving license.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient branch operation; main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
