Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking a confident Sales Executive to join our fast-growing UK network. You will be the first point of contact for customers, book appointments, value vehicles, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver outstanding service.

With 42.5 hours per week on a 5-on/2-off rota, you’ll earn a base salary of £28,200 plus a strong bonus scheme. No car knowledge needed – full training provided and opportunities for progression within a market-leading brand.

Qualifications

• UK driving license required.
• Experience in target-driven environments.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Strong administrative and IT skills.

Responsibilities

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
