Job summary

Webuyanycar is seeking a Sales Executive to join our UK-wide network. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices and close deals while maintaining exceptional service.

The role requires a driving licence and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. You will join a growing brand, with structured bonus potential and a shift pattern that includes weekends.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
• Strong administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of the branch.
• Be the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to secure appointments and hit targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver great customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues; may transport purchased vehicles to various locations.

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
