Job summary

Geely Stirling is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our high-energy team. You will drive sales of new and used vehicles, with a focus on finance, insurance, and accessories, while delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll build strong customer relationships, follow up leads, and close deals in a fast-paced environment. Baseline earnings start at £22,073 with uncapped OTE of £55k+ and a company car, plus a five-day working week; training and progression are provided by award-winning

What You’ll Be Doing as Sales Executive:

• Selling success – Achieve targets for new and used vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessories.
• Maximising Finance & Insurance (F&I) opportunities – Present tailored finance solutions, protection plans, and value-added products to enhance the customer experience.
• Building connections – Engage with customers, understand their needs, and create lasting relationships.
• Following up leads – Proactively contact potential customers to maximise opportunities.
• Sealing the deal – Confidently handle objections and negotiate sales transactions.
• Delivering excellence – Ensure outstanding customer service every step of the way.
