International Property Media is hiring Property Awards Sales Executives in Chelmsford, Essex, and Newcastle on a salary plus uncapped commission basis.

The Opportunity – Sales Executive / Client Services Advisor

  • Join a growing sales team where your skills are recognized and rewarded
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with prestigious clients
  • Gain experience selling awards entries, print media, and digital media
  • Work with leading companies in architecture, interior design, property development, and real estate
  • Receive full training to develop product knowledge
  • Guide clients in preparing and submitting awards entries
  • Upsell additional products to existing clients
  • Support the Customer Services team
  • Engage with international prospects, promoting the International Property Awards
  • Research new prospects and follow up on leads
  • Build and manage your client pipeline for awards, events, advertising, and magazines
  • Reapproach clients for future award cycles
  • A sales background is preferred but not essential; eagerness to learn and succeed is valued
  • Be target-driven and self-motivated
  • Possess excellent communication skills, including good telephony manners and strong written and spoken English
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones is required
  • Additional languages are a plus but not necessary
