Job description

Recruit4staff is proud to represent their client, a leading Travel Specialist, in their search for a Travel Sales Executive.

This position is based in Chester or can be remote.

Offer for the successful Travel Sales Executive:
  • Salary up to £25,000 per annum + Commission
  • Full-time position, 39 hours/week, with a 7-day shift pattern including shifts up to 9pm; flexibility is required
  • Permanent role

Role - Travel Sales Executive:
  • Handle warm leads, inbound calls, and online enquiries to match holidays with customer needs and expectations
  • Identify customer expectations
  • Review suppliers to find the best match to specifications
  • Load booking details onto the system
  • Ensure booking accuracy and meet targets
  • Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and ongoing sales
Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience in travel agency or contact centre roles - ESSENTIAL
  • Luxury/Prestige/Long Haul Travel experience and knowledge - ESSENTIAL
  • Experience selling holidays to Asia, Dubai, or the Maldives - Desirable
  • Target-driven attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns

Key skills or similar job titles include: Travel Agent, Travel Specialist, Booking Agent.
