Job summary

Focus Resourcing seeks a confident sales Executive to join their growing team in South Wales. You will make outbound calls, qualify leads, and book sales meetings, driving IT and managed services sales.

This role offers a base salary of £28,000–£30,000 DOE with generous OTE up to £900 per month, plus holiday and pension benefits. Excellent training, development, and clear progression into Business Development and Sales Management await.

Qualifications

• Previous B2B telesales or phone-based sales experience.
• Experience selling IT or managed services desirable.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and target-driven.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.

Our client, a well-established IT Managed Service Provider covering South Wales and the West, is seeking a confident and driven sales or appointment maker Executive to join their growing team. Offering a salary of £28,000-£30,000 DOE, plus generous OTE up to £900 per month, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in sales, with progression into Business Development and Sales Management.

Duties

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and book sales meetings

Experience required
