Job summary

Recruitment Solutions in Hawkhurst is seeking a commercially minded Sales Executive with 2+ years in sales, account management, or business development to join a growing team.

You will manage existing accounts, drive new business, and build a healthy pipeline through outbound calls, referrals, and networking, with a salary plus commission and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and ambitious business based in Hawkhurst, who are looking for a commercially minded Sales Executive to join their bustling sales team! They are a GROWING and AMBITIOUS business, who are committed to providing high quality products and outstanding service to their wide client base.

This is a varied sales position combining both account management and new business - you will play a key role in the development and retention of existing accounts, increasing sales and identifying and winning new business opportunities!

Working within a fast paced and friendly team, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing relationships with existing customers, becoming a key point of contact
• Growing revenue from existing accounts, cross selling and identifying new opportunities
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities though outbound calls, prospecting, referrals and networking
• Building and managing a healthy pipeline, seeing opportunities through to conversion
• Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products
• Maintaining regular contact with customers to encourage repeat business and customer retention

Sales experience within the construction, manufacturing, landscaping, agricultural sector or similar is preferred but not essential!

We are looking for someone commercially minded, confident and persuasive you will not be starting from zero nor will you be limited to managing an existing customer base .
