- 45 hours per week within:
- Monday-Friday: 08:30-18:00
- Saturday: 08:30-17:30
Salary: £20,000 basic with an OTE of £45,000

About the Role
Do you want to become part of a growing and successful dealership? Are you up for the challenge of a busy sales department?
As a Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers purchasing a car. Your role is to support customers throughout their buying journey—from the initial enquiry to vehicle delivery. You will meet and greet customers, prospect and qualify leads, and professionally sell vehicles and peripheral products while adhering to industry regulations.
You will play a vital role in the sales team, ensuring every customer fully understands their purchase obligations. Your approach will be based on integrity, treating customers fairly, and maintaining the highest professional standards.
Main Duties
- Meet and greet customers, building strong relationships.
- Prospect and qualify leads, ensuring a smooth sales process.
- Sell vehicles and additional products professionally.
- Support customers throughout their purchasing journey.
- Deliver an exceptional sales experience, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively as part of the sales team.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales with a sound understanding of the sales process (desirable).
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not essential, as you will receive excellent training.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Customer-focused with a passion for service excellence.
- Organised, detail-oriented, with strong product knowledge.
- Motivated, results-driven, and able to inspire colleagues.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, goal-driven environment.
