Job summary

Endeavour Automotive Ltd is recruiting a proactive Sales Executive for Volvo West London. You will drive vehicle sales, manage finance and warranty options, and deliver outstanding customer experiences at a premier London showroom.

The role offers a competitive base salary of £20,000 with an uncapped OTE of £45,000+; successful performers may reach £50,000–£55,000 per year overall. A company car, life assurance and ongoing training are included.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience in the automotive sector.
• Proven ability to understand finance, insurance and warranties.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle vehicle sales from enquiry to delivery, including finance and warranties.
• Build trust with customers to create memorable experiences and drive loyalty.
