About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120) plus a discretionary London Weighting Allowance of £1500 per annum pro-rata.

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

We are the UK’s favourite car-buying service with over 500 branches and growing rapidly. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service-driven individuals to join our team. No prior knowledge of cars is necessary, as we will provide comprehensive training.

Responsibilities:

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of your branch as the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers, prioritize your diary, achieve appointments, and meet targets.
• Perform appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong organizational and workload prioritization skills.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.
