Qualifications

We’re looking for x2 Sales Executive/Manager level people to join our growing team in London to support UK growth and scale agency partnerships. Working closely with the agency leads, you’ll drive new business and help expand Silverpush’s market presence. If you have strong agency connections and a passion for innovative advertising, this could be the ideal opportunity for you to shape the future of YouTube and OLV advertising.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Exceed revenue targets and consistently outperform KPIs, driving exceptional growth
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new business with agency leads and decision-makers
  • Be the go-to expert for Silverpush’s contextual solutions and vision
  • Build and manage a high-impact sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client results
  • Stay sharp with CRM tools, sales enablement platforms, and MS Office

What You Bring

  • For the Manager role: A minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital media sales, with a strong focus on YouTube, OLV (Online Video), or programmatic platforms.
  • For the Executive role: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in digital media sales, preferably with exposure to YouTube, OLV, or programmatic.
  • Experience in managing sales pipelines from start to finish.
  • Deep understanding and interest of the evolving digital media landscape
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organisational skills
  • A relentless attitude to the task in hand, resilience, ambition, and a hunger to grow with a game-changing company
