The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Technology Talent Consultant looking for a role that blends high-quality delivery with strategic account management? Do you thrive in an international, fast-paced, and non-KPI-driven environment where commercial acumen, ownership, and integrity are valued?
We are looking for a Delivery Consultant / Account Manager to drive expert search and selection, manage key client relationships, and contribute to growth within existing and future accounts as we continue to scale globally.
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering top-tier technology and digital talent, managing permanent and contract hiring mandates for global enterprises.
Managing and developing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
Driving account growth, identifying new opportunities and deepening partnerships within key accounts.
Executing strategic search and selection, leveraging market expertise to find and engage exceptional talent.
Operating in an international environment, working across diverse markets with multinational clients.
What We’re Looking For
? Proven experience in technology recruitment, with a strong track record in both delivery and account management.
? Experience managing and growing enterprise client relationships, ideally in an international environment.
? Global hiring expertise, with an understanding of cross-border recruitment and international talent markets.
? Fluency in another European language (Italian highly advantageous).
? Self-starter mentality – we’re a non-KPI-driven business that values ownership, initiative, and commercial thinking.
