Job summary

Bosch Rexroth in the UK is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join the Hägglunds team, supporting customers across industrial and heavy industry sectors. You will develop strong customer relationships, drive sales growth, and deliver tailored hydraulic drive solutions.

Working with Engineering, Production and Service teams, you will provide technical guidance, prepare quotations, and contribute to regional growth through market insight and collaboration, with regular travel expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in technical sales or engineered solutions.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic or drive systems.
• Experience in preparing technical quotations and supporting complex sales processes.
• Technical engineering qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long term customer relationships with customers, OEMs, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and drive regional sales growth.
• Provide technical guidance, system recommendations, and pre-sales support for engineered solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations and negotiate contract terms.
• Monitor market trends and pricing strategies to support growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasts, budgets, and customer records.
• Represent the business at meetings, trade shows, and industry events with regular regional travel.
