Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Sales Engineer to maintain and develop relationships with key customers and trade organizations in the UK, driving bookings and coordinating with internal teams. You will educate customers on Flowserve products, lead demonstrations, and ensure proposals and deliveries meet quality standards.

The role requires experience in rotating equipment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams across sales, service, and engineering.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a relevant field is required or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with rotating equipment.
• Familiarity with API 610 and related standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive bookings and meet or exceed assigned goals.
• Maintain regular contact with key customers and trade organizations.
• Develop and implement regional marketing plans to support sales objectives.
• Serve as primary contact for business dealings, handling proposals, deliveries, and service issues.
• Present product features via demonstrations and business writing; collaborate with support teams.
