Phorest powers over 11,000 hair and beauty salons using our software across the globe. Our aim is to capture 25% of the market globally – that’s one million salons and a billion-dollar company.

We are growing and would like to add a new member to our team. You will join a group of highly motivated individuals to help us grow Phorest faster.

The Opportunity

The Premium Feature Education Specialist is responsible for ensuring that salons that have recently upgraded their Phorest package are fully trained and effectively utilizing their new features. This role plays a key part in increasing feature adoption, particularly for new product launches such as Ads Manager and Digital Loyalty. Working closely with the Package Specialist Team and Feature Activation Specialists, this person will drive customer success through proactive training, engagement, and ongoing support.

What You'll Do

Customer Training & Feature Adoption

  • Deliver structured training programs to recently upgraded salons, ensuring they understand and utilize new features.
  • Provide 1:1 consultations, webinars, and group training sessions to maximize product adoption.
  • Develop and maintain educational materials to support self-service learning.

New Feature Enablement & Support

  • Focus on the successful adoption of Ads Manager, Digital Loyalty, and other key features.
  • Track customer engagement and identify barriers to adoption, offering solutions to increase usage.
  • Act as a bridge between salons and Feature Activation Specialists to resolve technical challenges.
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the Product Team to enhance feature usability.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Success Tracking

  • Work closely with the Package Specialist Team to ensure a seamless transition for upgraded customers.
  • Partner with Grow & Support Team to identify customers needing additional guidance.
  • Report on adoption metrics and customer success outcomes, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support internal teams by sharing best practices, customer insights, and training methodologies.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in customer training, customer success or similar within a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager is a plus) and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex features in a simple, engaging way.
  • Experience developing and delivering training sessions, webinars, and educational content.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and adoption metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Familiarity with loyalty programs and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Passion for helping businesses grow through technology adoption.

Location

This role is based in England, United Kingdom. We are open to remote working options; however, you must reside in England. You may be required to visit clients on-site from time to time to deliver in-person training.
