We are growing and would like to add a new member to our team. You will join a group of highly motivated individuals to help us grow Phorest faster.
The Premium Feature Education Specialist is responsible for ensuring that salons that have recently upgraded their Phorest package are fully trained and effectively utilizing their new features. This role plays a key part in increasing feature adoption, particularly for new product launches such as Ads Manager and Digital Loyalty. Working closely with the Package Specialist Team and Feature Activation Specialists, this person will drive customer success through proactive training, engagement, and ongoing support.

This role is based in England, United Kingdom. We are open to remote working options; however, you must reside in England. You may be required to visit clients on-site from time to time to deliver in-person training.
