Job Description:

My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest-growing driving schools in the UK, currently with 200 driving instructors on the road and hundreds more in our training programme who will be hitting the roads soon.

There is a record number of learner drivers needing instruction due to test centre backlogs caused by COVID-19.

In the last 12 months, our Driving Instructors' hourly rates have increased by an average of £3 due to high demand.

Over 70% of our Driving Instructors have waiting lists, some as long as 6 months. There has never been a better time to become a driving instructor.

Anyone can become a Driving Instructor. We have recruited individuals from various industries including:

• Driving industry (HGV driver, delivery driver, van driver, LGV driver, bus driver)
• Finance industry (finance manager, accountant, analyst, supervisor, director)
• IT industry (support, cybersecurity, web design, engineering, development)
• Health industry (care assistant, care manager, doctors, nurses)
• Education industry (teacher, teaching assistant, admin, lecturer)

Full training is provided locally. Our pass rates are well above the industry average, and we offer a refund of training fees when you work with us.

To qualify as a Driving Instructor, you must:

• Have held a full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2.5 years
• Not have been banned from driving in the last 4 years
• Have no more than 6 points on your licence
