  4. Collaborate with Renal Therapy Specialists to assist with education plans aligned with growth strategies.
  5. Work with teaching hospitals to use centers as educational environments for observing training, including Renal Course nurses and new PD nurses.

  9. Participate in Regional Business Meetings to align activities and share market knowledge.
  10. Provide feedback from patients and customers, acting as a subject matter expert to support sales and marketing teams in material development.
  11. Support internal training initiatives to promote clinical excellence within Vantive's commercial teams.
  12. Assist the EC manager in maintaining CQC regulations and ensure inspection readiness.
  13. Safeguard the wellbeing of service users and staff, complying with CQC regulated activities.
  14. Conduct regular audits to monitor education quality, address concerns, and facilitate continuous improvement.
  15. Engage in governance processes to identify learning opportunities.
  16. Support NHS staff in PD knowledge development through educational sessions, both face-to-face and remotely.
  17. Provide high-quality remote support when needed.
Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
