Job summary

StoryPoint Group in the UK is seeking a Sales Training Specialist to design and deliver engaging programs that build confidence and performance across sales teams. You will facilitate a range of learning events and work with leaders to align solutions with business needs.

This role requires a degree, 5-7 years of training/enablement experience, LMS experience, and strong facilitation. You will manage multiple projects, use data to measure impact, and collaborate across brands to drive consistent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in training, L&D, coaching, sales enablement, or related.
• Experience creating and managing learning content with authoring tools.
• Understanding of project management principles and execution.
• Event coordination and facilitation experience.
• Experience with LMS platforms.
• Graphic design experience preferred.
• Ability to use data and KPIs to evaluate success and guide decisions.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills across all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led training, workshops, webinars, and events.
• Create learning opportunities for various styles and business needs.
