Job summary

Taulia is a fintech company within the SAP group that seeks a results-oriented Sales Enablement Manager to empower our field teams and align Go-To-Market efforts across Sales, Customer Success and Marketing.

You will own onboarding, enablement content creation, instructor-led training, and AI-driven optimization, partnering with Highspot, Salesforce, and Rise to drive improvements in ramp time and win rates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in sales, sales enablement, or a closely related strategic role.
• Strong business acumen with track record supporting or closing complex deals; fintech experience preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems; willingness to learn our toolstack.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional GTM alignment with Sales, CS, AM, Marketing, and Supplier Success.
• Own onboarding process and experience of new reps across all teams.
• Contribute to learning programs, content creation, and everboarding initiatives.
• Learn enablement tech stack and serve as backup to Highspot admin.
• Champion AI adoption and test tools (Claude, Gemini, Glean) to improve efficiency.
• Undertake analysis and reporting to track enablement program impact.
