Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong background in appointment setting, SDR or outbound sales.
• Proven experience coaching or developing sales teams.
• Deep understanding of cold calling psychology and conversational selling techniques.
• Ability to turn top performer behaviour into simple, repeatable frameworks.
• Confidence delivering group training and 1:1 coaching.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Comfortable using CRM and dialler systems to track performance and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training sessions for new starters and experienced sales teams.
• Coach sales representatives on call structure, objection handling, rapport building and closing techniques.
• Listen to calls, identify patterns and turn insights into actionable improvements.
• Create scripts, talk tracks and playbooks.
• Lead roleplays, workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions.
• Use performance data, CRM and dialler systems to improve training outcomes.
• Accelerate onboarding and help new starters reach competency faster.
• Work closely with sales leadership to improve team performance.
