Job summary

Bath College is recruiting a Training & Recruitment Advisor (Employer Engagement) on a permanent, full-time basis. The role combines sales, recruitment and employer engagement to build apprenticeship opportunities at our Dual Campus. It is a 37-hour week, 52 weeks per year position reporting to Ebner Heatley.

You’ll manage your own pipeline, work with employers and candidates, and hit clear performance targets while contributing to a high-energy recruitment team.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Experience with apprenticeships or FE.
• Sales, account management or business development experience.
• Experience with training providers or ITPs is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Work with employers to create apprenticeship opportunities.
• Source, support and place candidates into roles.
• Manage your own pipeline of vacancies and applicants.
• Promote opportunities through events and outreach.
• Deliver against clear, measurable targets.
