Exeter College is seeking a Training and Recruitment Advisor to join our dynamic team in Exeter city centre. You will recruit learners for Apprenticeship programmes across a range of sectors and shape the overall Apprenticeship recruitment strategy.

This permanent, 37-hour-per-week role offers a salary from £27,656 to £32,242 plus a 20% performance-related bonus, generous holidays and a supportive benefits package.

• Experience in sales, recruitment or employer engagement.
• Able to talk to people at all levels.
• Supremely organised and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Apprenticeship recruitment strategy and represent Exeter College at promotional events.
• Recruit learners for Apprenticeship programmes across a range of sectors.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and engage with employers and learners.
