Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to join our Brighton branch. This role is pivotal in driving business growth with aspirations to double turnover by 2030, managing the existing technical account management team and acting as sales leader for the Brighton branch. The role’s primary purpose is to lead customer account management, Cross sales for the wider group products, leading bids for new business and overall responsibility for the existing customer base with Low Churn and High upsell.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong leadership skills and a technical background to effectively liaise with the technical services team. Additionally, they will have a strong background in IT, a deep understanding of sales and IT professional services, and the ability to lead and coordinate complex IT managed service sales.
