Job summary

Clear. is growing its data centre sales leadership team and seeks a Sales Director to own the commercial strategy across Neo Cloud and Hyperscale markets in England. You will drive new business with major data centre clients and manage senior relationships to unlock long-term revenue.

The role requires developing strategic plans, leading tenders, and coordinating with technical and operations teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience selling into the data centre sector.
• Proven track record of winning large strategic accounts.
• Strong understanding of the data centre ecosystem and project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing a strategic sales plan across the Hyperscale and Neo Cloud data centre market.
• Building and maintaining senior-level relationships with key clients, developers, operators and technology businesses.
• Identifying new market opportunities, upcoming data centre developments and major infrastructure programmes.
• Developing strategic account plans and converting relationships into long-term revenue.
• Owning the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to commercial negotiation and contract award.
• Working closely with technical, project and operational teams to develop solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Leading high-value tenders, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Developing the company's presence within new and emerging data centre markets.
• Representing the business at industry events and within senior client meetings.
• Providing market intelligence and strategic direction to the wider leadership team.
• Building a strong pipeline and delivering against ambitious revenue and growth targets.
