Job summary

Clear. is expanding a rapidly growing data centre business and seeks a Sales Director to own the commercial strategy and drive new business with major clients in Neo Cloud and Hyperscale. You will lead the full sales cycle, negotiate contracts, and align solutions with client requirements across the European market.

You will develop strategic account plans, build senior-level relationships, and shape the company’s presence at industry events while delivering against ambitious revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience selling into the data centre sector.
• Existing relationships across Hyperscale, Neo Cloud, Colocation or major data centre operators.
• A proven track record of winning and developing large strategic accounts.
• Strong understanding of the data centre infrastructure ecosystem and project lifecycle.
• Strong commercial and contract negotiation skills.
• The ability to develop a sales strategy rather than simply manage an existing pipeline.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A strong network across the European data centre market.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing a strategic sales plan across the Hyperscale and Neo Cloud data centre market
• Building and maintaining senior-level relationships with key clients, developers, operators and technology businesses
• Identifying new market opportunities, upcoming data centre developments and major infrastructure programmes
• Developing strategic account plans and converting relationships into long-term revenue
• Owning the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to commercial negotiation and contract award
• Working closely with technical, project and operational teams to develop solutions aligned with client requirements
• Leading high-value tenders, proposals and commercial negotiations
• Developing the company's presence within new and emerging data centre markets
• Representing the business at industry events and within senior client meetings
• Providing market intelligence and strategic direction to the wider leadership team
• Building a strong pipeline and delivering against ambitious revenue and growth targets
