We’re scaling fast and building a team that’s ambitious and future-focused. As Sales Director for the region, you’ll play a critical role in expanding our footprint, leading a team of talented AEs, and helping define what “best-in-class” looks like in the connected worker space.

You won’t just inherit a patch - you’ll shape strategy, partner with enterprise manufacturers, and leave your mark on how Poka grows across Europe and beyond.

What You’ll Own
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of three experienced Account Executives
  • Drive new logo acquisition across key European markets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve pipeline and revenue targets
  • Build executive-level relationships within the manufacturing industry
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Professional Services, and RevOps
  • Create scalable sales plays and influence the broader go-to-market motion
  • Deliver insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Support forecasts, budgeting, and regional planning at a senior level
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience, ideally across Europe
  • Deep understanding of SaaS, technology trends, and market dynamics
  • Proven ability to coach and scale high-performing sales teams
  • Experience selling SaaS to enterprise organizations
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, builder mentality
  • Familiarity with consultative, long-cycle sale, and complex stakeholder environments
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Willing to travel regularly across Europe
