Sales Director, Banking and Asset Management

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a team of Sales Executives to drive new business growth in the region.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies in collaboration with Sales Operations, including competitive analysis and market presence.
  • Engage in territory planning, relationship building, and opportunity development to support and close deals.
  • Recruit, mentor, and coach team members to achieve excellence.
  • Define territories and quotas, communicate expectations, and manage forecasts and pipelines.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Engage with C-level executives to understand customer needs and build strategic relationships.
  • Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Marketing, Partners, and the executive team.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular engagement to ensure excellent customer experience.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience with AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Proven success in new business sales, including negotiation skills at industry and C-level.
  • Strong leadership in recruiting, coaching, and managing sales teams.
  • Strategic thinking with analytical and financial planning skills.
  • Accurate CRM management, forecasting, and opportunity analysis.
  • Ability to understand business drivers and build long-term relationships.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to build motivated, collaborative sales teams.
  • Established partner relationships and ability to expand revenue streams.
  • Experience in pipeline generation activities through marketing and partners.
