The client is a leading international MRO aviation company with stations across England and Ireland, delivering MRO activities for commercial aircraft.

Role Overview:

1. Lead business development strategies and manage the client journey from initial contact to contract completion, including aftercare support.
2. Focus on establishing a repeat client base for the client’s Base Maintenance hangar activities this winter, especially targeting A320 Series and Boeing 737NG aircraft.

Candidate Experience / Background:

1. Experience working within an MRO environment.
2. Experience with A320 and B737NG aircraft.
