Our client is a fast-expanding provider of electric steam and hot water systems, offering advanced low-carbon heating solutions to leading organizations across the food, pharmaceutical, energy, and manufacturing sectors.
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Director/Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across the UK and global markets. So this is a great step up role, for someone that has Lead commercial growth and wants to move into growing/evolving group with lots of new challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead UK and international sales strategies
Target sectors such as food, pharmaceutical, energy, and manufacturing
Build and manage a high-performance sales team and partner network
Lead key account management and high-value negotiations
Provide market insight on electrification and regulatory trends
Represent the company at industry events and support strategic planning
Collaborate with internal teams to align on growth objectives
Positioned for future leadership progression within the company
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior commercial or Sales Director role
Strong background in industrial equipment, energy systems, or HVAC
International sales experience and understanding of export markets
Technical credibility with ability to engage on engineering-level topics
Leadership in scaling teams and driving commercial success
Willingness to travel regularly, including international
