Job Summary

As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with prospective clients—generating leads, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for Account Executives. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments and are motivated by performance‑based growth, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and readiness.
  • Book appointments and demos for the sales team.
  • Use CRM tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive) to track activities.
  • Research industries, companies, and contacts to personalize outreach.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates.
  • Hit weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach and meetings booked.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold calling (preferred but not required for entry‑level roles).
  • Comfortable conducting high‑volume outbound calls (80‑100+).
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
