Apprentify in Wilmslow is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate new business for government funded apprenticeships. You will focus on outbound prospecting, cold calling, and building strong client relationships with UK businesses in a full-time, office-based role.

You will join a motivated team with a clear path to progression into a Business Development Executive role and participate in ongoing training and development to support growth and success.

Salary: £30,000 basic plus uncapped commission

Type: Full time, office based

We’re looking for ambitious individuals to join our growing team in Wilmslow as Sales Development Representatives, selling government funded apprenticeships to businesses across the UK. This is a business to business sales role focused on outbound prospecting, cold calling and building strong client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to generate new business leads
• Speaking with decision makers across a range of industries
• Promoting apprenticeship programmes tailored to business needs
• Managing client relationships and booking qualified appointments
• Working closely with Business Development Executives to convert leads
• Hitting and exceeding targets with full support and training
