Our teams operate in Poland and in many countries across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, and we are in the process of expanding into new international markets!

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Sales Development Representatives and Business Development Managers to join our dynamic team in the UK. You will empower BaseLinker UK clients to transform their e-commerce businesses into automated multi-channel operations. You will manage end-to-end implementation projects, building relationships with top e-commerce brands in the country.

Experience
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a CS (Customer Success) or Sales role in the SaaS/e-commerce industry
  • Experience in B2B sales (knowledge of sales techniques, ability to speak the language of benefits)
  • Experience in presenting SaaS products - explaining technical concepts in a simple and accessible way
  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Pipedrive or Hubspot
  • Openness and strong relationship-building skills
  • Creativity and independence
  • Excellent organisation skills (we work 100% remotely)
  • Willingness to develop and discover/learn new solutions
  • C1 level of English as minimum
Tasks
  • Taking care of clients during the trial period to ensure subscription renewal
  • Acquiring new clients - long-term users of our product
  • Conducting online presentations for potential clients
  • Educating and developing knowledge about the capabilities of our product among new and existing users
  • Reporting and analysing progress
  • Constant optimisation and improvement of the customer success process
  • Market analysis - trends, competition, consumer needs
  • Working with a CRM system to manage sales (Pipedrive)
