Job summary

Aurum Solutions, the UK fintech, is expanding its commercial team in Reading and seeks an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to learn fast, win big, and grow their career. Based at our Reading HQ, you will book meetings, run outbound outreach across LinkedIn, email, phone, and events, and help shape our pipeline.

You’ll be mentored by senior leaders, receive full training, and benefit from uncapped commissions, a clear progression path into BDM/AE roles, and a vibrant, high-energy

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, customer-facing roles or any role proving you can communicate and persuade.
• Confident, curious and with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Love for targets, momentum and growing the pipeline.
• Interest in progressing into BDM/AE roles and curiosity about AI.

Responsibilities

• Book high-quality meetings for the Business Development team.
