The Role and Opportunity

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will work closely with our Account Executives and Sales Manager to plan and execute outreach campaigns targeting mid-market businesses in the UK. You will be creative in your outreach methods and collaborate with marketing to increase awareness within target accounts.

Day-to-day Responsibilities
  • Research, plan, and execute multi-threaded outreach campaigns across sectors like financial services, professional services, technology, legal, and media.
  • Develop tailored and creative outreach strategies.
  • Use various communication channels including video, email, LinkedIn, direct mail, and phone calls.
  • Collaborate with teams to plan events for prospective clients.
  • Support Account Executives by networking, multi-threading, and qualifying opportunities.
  • Contribute to growth strategies for acquiring mid-market clients.
  • Attend networking events and build relationships with prospects.
  • Accurately record activities in CRM and maintain pipeline hygiene.
  • Establish networks within HR and benefits sectors.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in maintaining partner relationships.
About You

  • Technical familiarity with Hubspot, Lusha, SalesNavigator, G-Suite.
  • At least 2 years experience as an SDR or similar role.
  • Structured, organized, and driven.
  • Experience in researching prospects and personalizing outreach.
  • Excellent storyteller and multi-channel communicator.
Preferred but Not Necessary
  • Experience selling to HR and Benefits/Reward teams.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, G-Suite.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 DOE plus up to £15,000 OTE, benefits, flexible working options, a share incentive plan, team bonus, pension, parental leave, private medical insurance, and more.
