Sales Development Representative
Temporary Contract, Full Time (3–6 months, with potential to extend)
£17.76 – £22.00 per hour
Fully Remote (UK-Based Only)

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a B2B tech-enabled demand generation company on a remote contract basis. As an SDR, you will play a key role in building qualified pipeline for clients by executing targeted multi-channel outreach campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven outbound sales experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment and working towards clear performance goals.

Key duties and responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to engage new leads.
• Write personalised outreach messages and tailor communications based on prospect research.
• Qualify leads and book high-quality meetings, ensuring a smooth handover to Account Executives or clients.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up-to-date, logging all activity in real-time.
• Collaborate with the internal team to test outreach messaging, share learnings, and refine campaign strategies.
• Monitor key performance metrics daily and report progress against outreach targets.

Skills and experience required:
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a sales development, cold outreach, or lead generation role.
• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and driven by meeting or exceeding KPIs.
• Comfortable working with CRMs and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and adapt to multiple client campaigns.
• Must be UK-based and available to work standard UK business hours (Monday to Friday).
• Candidates must have their own laptop/device and a stable internet connection.
