The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales, identifying high-value prospects, and generating opportunities for the enterprise sales team. This is a cold-calling focused role for someone hungry to break into enterprise SaaS sales, with direct mentorship and fast career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify leads, targeting financial services, fintechs, and enterprise businesses.
Cold call and engage decision-makers, booking high-value meetings for Account Executives.
Master the MEDDIC sales framework, developing structured, repeatable sales processes.
Stay ahead of compliance industry trends, positioning the platform as the future of RiskOps.

Who We’re Looking For

6+ months SDR experience, ideally in SaaS or fintech.
Cold-calling mentality, comfortable handling objections and driving outbound activity.
Process-driven and highly coachable, eager to learn MEDDIC sales methodologies.
Self-starter mentality, thriving in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
