Job description

Flourish are recruiting on behalf of our client in the Cybersecurity sector to support in the expansion of their remote SDR team.

Focussed on Cybersecurity, our client specialises in Managed Detection and Response. They monitor networks for a broad range of security issues, tailoring their monitoring for the specific industry and requirements of each client. They have worked with nationally-recognised brands such as RAC, Inchcape and Claridge's.

Responsibilities:
  • Research, identify, and qualify inbound and outbound leads through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Promote services and solutions to a variety of audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on all interactions and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Address client concerns and objections effectively, providing detailed and reassuring responses to build trust.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to align on strategy and ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, the cybersecurity landscape, and market trends.
  • Gain and maintain thorough knowledge of market trends and competitor services.
  • Establish and nurture strong connections and lasting relationships with our clients.
  • Follow up with warm leads and nurture them through the sales funnel, ensuring consistent engagement and rapport building.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities.

  • Full training on their services from the Head of Offensive Security and Head of Defensive Security.
  • Regular one-to-one check-in meetings to ask questions and reflect progress.
  • Appropriate online training courses on the MEDDIC methodology.
