Brain in Hand is hiring an SDR for Workplace, a fully remote role with occasional travel to team meetings and events. The position drives the top of the sales funnel, building qualified pipeline and outreach sequences to HR and benefits buyers.
You will work closely with the Account Executive and Marketing to shape a repeatable approach as the Workplace business grows. The role emphasizes phone-first outreach and data-driven prospecting in a flexible remote setting.
Location:Fully remote, working from home, with occasional travel for team meetings and events. Our office hub is in Exeter.
Salary:£45,000 base salary plus 20% variable.
Contract:Permanent, full-time.
Hours:40 hours per week, with a 9-day fortnight giving you every other Friday off.

As our first Sales Development Representative for Workplace, you'll be at the front of Brain in Hand's growth with employers - creating the conversations that become qualified pipeline and helping more organisations offer meaningful, inclusive support at work. This is a phone-first role for someone who enjoys opening doors, building from scratch and turning early interest into strong commercial opportunities. You'll work closely with the Account Executive, Commercial Director and Marketing, with the autonomy to shape a repeatable approach as we grow.
