Job summary

Apprentify in Wilmslow is hiring six Sales Development Representatives to create new business opportunities across the UK. You'll train via our Sales Academy and develop skills in outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn and face-to-face networking.

No prior sales experience is required; you’ll receive coaching and ongoing development to build confidence and close deals, with a clear path to progression within the Apprentify Group as you grow your career.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and potential clients.
• Reach out to businesses via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Talk to decision-makers across HR, People, Talent and L&D.
• Understand client development needs and match Apprentify programmes.
• Manage your own sales pipeline.
• Book virtual and face-to-face meetings.
• Keep pipeline organised in HubSpot.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
• Develop knowledge of AI, technology and digital skills.
• Work towards and exceed targets.
