Job summary

Content Formula is seeking an entry-level Sales Development Assistant to support their B2B SaaS sales team. This fully remote role offers training and exposure to sales processes, ideal for those looking to build a career in tech and sales.

About the Role

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to break into the tech sector and learn the ins and outs of B2B SaaS sales. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing team to identify and engage leads, book meetings, and keep our sales processes running smoothly.

You’ll not be expected to sell or close deals, but you’ll play a critical role in the early part of the sales cycle - and you’ll gain exposure to tools, training and experiences that can help you progress into an SDR or Account Executive role over time.

What You’ll Do

  • Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales team member
  • Research and identify potential prospects using tools like LinkedIn, our CRM, and lead lists
  • Send personalised outreach messages (email/LinkedIn/phone) to start conversations
  • Book discovery and demo calls for the sales team and ensure follow-ups are logged
  • Keep our CRM (HubSpot) accurate and up-to-date
  • Support the sales team with admin tasks like call scheduling, follow-up tracking, meeting notes and reporting
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing to improve lead quality and outreach effectiveness

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written communication skills - professional and friendly tone
  • Detail-oriented and organised - you love a tidy CRM and a to-do list
  • Confident using email, LinkedIn, and online tools
  • Motivated to learn about SaaS, B2B sales and CRM workflows
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, is advantageous but not required
  • Previous experience in admin, customer service, or a support role is a bonus but not essential
