Job summary

The AA is seeking a Sales Customer Service Advisor in Oldbury. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers through their breakdown journey, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products to deliver peace of mind.

The role emphasises customer outcomes, sales targets, and a customer-first approach within a supportive team. Offered is a full-time permanent position with 40 hours per week, rotating shifts 07:00–21:00, and an onboarding program with ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support customers via telephone during breakdown journey and assess needs.

• Identify needs to promote the right products and resolve queries.
• Use tools and systems to maximise customer outcomes.
• Maintain consistency of service during busy call times.
