DPD Group UK is seeking a Sales and CRM Support Agent to join our head office in Smethwick. You will provide exceptional customer support to clients, Sales, CRM managers and franchisees, handling inquiries quickly and accurately.

The role involves maintaining Salesforce data, processing quotes, and creating customer logins for the MyDPD platform. Ideal candidates will have strong administrative and customer service experience with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a busy

• Developed administrative and customer support experience in a busy sales environment.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with strong organisational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication, time management and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Deal with inbound customer calls & emails professionally within SLA's.
• Issue customer price requests and advise on customs information.
• Enter new sales leads into Salesforce and action account paperwork.
• Process quote amendments and respond to inquiries from Sales/CRM/Franchisees.
• Action customer maintenance requests in in house systems and notify departments of changes.
• Create and maintain customer logins for MyDPD platform; manage analytics for volumes.
