Adecco is partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation in Witham to recruit a Sales Coordinator. This permanent role supports the sales team, manages customer accounts, processes orders, and coordinates communications with clients to ensure timely responses and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and interpersonal skills, experience with MS Office and CRM tools, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Monday to Friday with an early finish on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and processing orders.
• Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients to ensure timely responses and satisfaction.
• Maintain and update sales databases with accurate information.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations to track performance and identify opportunities.
• Support marketing initiatives, including promotional materials and campaigns.
• Collaborate across departments to align on sales strategies and objectives.
