Morgan Jones in Maidstone is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join a growing technical sales team. You will build customer relationships, manage accounts, prepare quotes, process orders and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication across phone, email and in person.
• Willingness to visit customers when required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Manage customer accounts and act as key contact for clients.
• Prepare detailed quotations and process sales orders.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track opportunities.
• Support territory development and new business activities.
