Job summary

Morgan Jones Ltd in Maidstone is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to join our growing technical sales team. You will build customer relationships, manage accounts, prepare quotes, process orders and support business growth from our Maidstone base.

Working hours are 9:00am–5:30pm, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £36,000 plus excellent benefits and a bonus. This is a full-time on-site role, with opportunities to visit customers as needed and develop product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Strong admin and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication across telephone, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach.
• Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Full right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to occasionally visit customers when required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Manage customer accounts and act as a key point of contact.
• Prepare detailed quotations and process sales orders.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer spend and account growth.
• Support territory sales development and new business activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve enquiries efficiently.
• Participate in sales campaigns and business development initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments.
• Research potential leads and market opportunities.
• Develop technical product knowledge through ongoing training.
