About the Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at La Marzocco UK & Ireland within the Sales department. We currently have two showrooms in the UK, our head office in London and local office in Leeds. This role will be based in the north. The Sales coordinator role requires to travel around the UK & Ireland and would suit someone driven who thinks outside the box, in turn offering a highly rewarding experience. The successful candidate would be required to work closely with all our partners helping to build stronger relationships and supporting them in the growing marketplace. You will be joining our growing energetic team and reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work within Sales Coordinators team to assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of our partner supporting strategy. This role is busy and demanding, and so it is essential that you have attention to detail, excellent time management skills and can work under pressure. You will have a proven track record in a sales-based role. You will work collaboratively with all departments to capitalise on every opportunity to reach new prospects as well as supporting existing partners, and end users. You will become part of a very close working team with sales, marketing, and after sales. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. This position is available immediately, initially offered on a 6-month probation period.

Job Purpose, Responsibilities and Duties

  • Willing to travel around the UK and Ireland, attend LM roadshows and events.
  • Supporting sales and promotion of our entire commercial product range.
  • Spending time collating own calendar to make sure that adequate time is spent with our partner network in the area assigned, enhancing market opportunities.
  • Providing support to our re-seller network in wholesale sales of the La Marzocco range, ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
  • Providing valuable feedback to management to make sure that our partners, and end-users, are satisfied with the product and overall service.
  • Replying to sales leads that come through to La Marzocco, via email and phone.
  • Innovate and present new ideas and approaches to sales strategies.
  • Account management as well as new business development.
  • Develop engaging and trustworthy inner outer relationships and mutual success.

Person Specification

  • UK Driving License.

  • Personable and a strong communicator with great written and verbal communication skills to be representative of La Marzocco with a sense of fun professionalism.
  • Interest in speciality coffee preferable.
  • With a background in Sales as well as account management.
  • Self-Motivated with Strong Leadership Skills and Team-Oriented.
  • Goal-Oriented with Strong Attention to Detail.
