Job summary

Lindab UK is seeking a Sales Coordinator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by receiving and processing orders and enquiries, ensuring accuracy and timely responses. You will coordinate stock transfers, work with regional teams to support sales growth, and manage trade counter payments, contributing to KPI achievement and service performance.

The successful candidate will have experience in customer service or sales support, be organised, proactive, and able to liaise with branches,

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order processing, or a commercial sales environment.
• Familiarity with ERP or sales/quoting systems.
• Experience handling payments in a Trade Counter setting (cash/card).
• Understanding of logistics or stock coordination processes.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (BDMs, Branch Managers, other regional branches, Credit Control, Logistics).

Responsibilities

• Receive and accurately process orders and enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate stock transfers and order movements across branches.
• Support sales growth by identifying opportunities and developing new business.
• Confidently manage cash and card payments at the trade counter.
• Maintain high KPI achievement and clear customer communication.
