Job summary

Confidential is recruiting an Agricultural Machinery Sales Admin in Forfar to support a busy sales team. You will process orders, invoice customers, and handle inbound enquiries while coordinating the sales staff and order flow. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional client visits on-site each week.

Qualifications

• Sales Administrator or similar experience.
• Knowledge of Agricultural Machinery.
• Aim to progress to a Coordinator role.

Responsibilities

• Administer machinery sales and processes.
• Create and send invoices.
• Handle inbound sales enquiries.
• Coordinate sales staff and manage orders.
• Visit clients on-site about once per week.
