Join Our Team as a Sales Coordinator (Special Markets)
Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane and Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire

We’re looking for a highly organized and service-driven Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, taking care of both Park Lane and Hampshire. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting high-performing teams, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assisting the Middle East Sales manager on their daily tasks e.g. creating and amending bookings, working on quotations, group resumes, contracts, invoices etc.

  • Manage reactive group inquiries from initial lead through to signed contract.

  • Monitor and action the Middle East Sales inbox as needed.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Sales Manager across both Reservations and Sales functions

  • Coordinate and host site visits, show rounds, and client events

  • Arrange travel and logistics for clients and team members as needed

  • Support the wider sales team when needed.

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support sales planning and forecasting

What You Bring:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar sales or coordination role, ideally within hospitality

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and professional phone manner

  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Familiarity with Opera and Salesforce systems is a plus

  • Flexibility to travel to other UK properties and work occasional weekends or varied shifts

  • This is a full-time, on-site role based at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane

  • Candidates must have the right to work in the UK
